I'm not giving Gene a dime, Gene is the only player here, the remaining members are just minimum payments so he can have a board filled - they don't even count, he's the only employee.

Personally I think this is one of the biggest scams I've ever seen, mad at myself for not seeing it quicker. I don't know enough legal jargon to report it, and everything appears worded carefully enough that nothing is required to ever follow through - just give Gene money for some pipe dream that never materializes in any way whatsoever...

I do hope to inform new investors of how big of a lie this is without getting sued, stating the historical facts seems to be enough evidence, if someone is foolish enough to donate money after that it's on them. Historically this is when Gene starts thirsting for more free money so see what he does now, my guess is 'doing due diligence with an investor', again...
