True, but FINRA can be very slow, if there's anything...the tiniest litigation or unregistered shares issued in the past by previous management even greater than 5 years back etc., FINRA would stall, and often not provide any notice to the Company. However, the Company should at least be providing feedback about the name and CUSIP change progress, or lack thereof.

However, UBQU is moving in the RIGHT DIRECTION as one of the more ESTABLISHED MJ companies in the OTC which makes it an easy and rare OTC INVESTMENT Company.
