You have to break up the trades for 10M+. Even if you call them, the trading desk cannot do over 9,999,999 in a single transaction. There is also a $100K limit for an online trade so $99,999 is max on a single trade unless you call the trading desk to get it approved. They may still break up the trades though. The only thing you gain from calling them to place the sell is maybe to get them to wave the commission on a second trade. I've don't this a couple of times because I wanted exactly 10M of a ticker and it was charging me the same price for 9,999,999 and cheating me out of the 1 share. They did two 5M buys and waved the commission for the second 5M trade.

Also, there is no fee for OTC trades other than the $4.95.
