Well according to the agreement they needed to raise 1.5 Mil and start payment. I guess there was no payment? Not sure why they would open them self to such penalties. A schedule 13G was filed by blackbridge Capital, LLC apparently they took a stake larger then 5% but less than 20% so money should not have been the problem. Really strange
