Ya I was a little perturbed by this at first last night, but then I read up on advisory boards. It seems that we have a lot of professional guys running the company and not to much "in" into the space that they are trying to go. So while he will not be involved in writing in on financial decisions he is there to give insight into what he knows of the lay of the land to get the job done. In Rhode Island that is.
