Yes, it should turn into a good, stable stock. If the RS goes as planned it will trade around the 6 dollar mark and the Volatility and Variance should be stable. So those that have been speculating around the Vol will be put off.

The downside is that a lot of historic holders have taken a big hit on this stock and will bank a heavy loss. There are questions at what price the new CEO can convert there options, I hope and presume it takes into consideration the RS. Also, what will happen to the spin off of the legacy RE business and will holders automatically get shares in the "new company"?.

I just hope the intentions are good, and not for the company to use this for their own gain.
