Huge progress on 200m offering. Should see a 6k end of tomorrow. Hold above $2.00 this week and everyone will jump on the same ship. 6k stating 130-150m of offering complete would be bigly. Also think, why would George PR a dividend if they thought DRYS was going through another RS. Imo they would have done it after.
