what will it ever take to convince I-Hub readers that a PLAN of share cancellation means the shares will be cancelled and shareholders will lose their entire investment?

I don't know Renee. I certainly posted the facts about the pending (and certain) cancelation enough times, and so did the Company themselves. Their 8-K's and 10-Q's stated very clearly that the common equity was being cancelled. Period.

If anyone failed to pay attention to the multiple warnings and still hold their units at the time of today's cancelation, they have no one to blame but themselves. There was absolutely no reason not to take advantage of the big volume and high price and dump what they had for at least some return. Something is always better than nothing.
