Both JNUG and JDST are having 1 for 4 reverse splits. They mean nothing in a 3x etf other than they are the evidence of the long term decay.
the last split in JNUG was 10 for 1 forward split.
GDXJ is the index they track at 3 times percentage.

The only effect will be a wider spread.
