EDUC
I've been taking some profits on EDUC with the spike into the mid to upper 9's over the last week or so.
The things that concern me in the short-run are they talked about doing overtime and shipping overnight during the holiday season, I don't think margins were that great this quarter. Also there was a subtle guide down for q4 when guidance went from 110 million to 109 million. I expect margins to bounce back in FY 18, but q4 FY 17 I think margins could be close to trough levels which may sell the stock off, and if growth is slowing a bit which is another factor, then stock might sell off on that. Longer-term I believe there will be higher prices if margins bounce back like I expect they will, but q4 I don't think will be great, at $7 where I was buying it was worth holding through, at almost $10 I decided to take profits, the stock is up significantly from the price I bought it, we are going into resistance on the chart, and q4 might be difficult with margins. The selling of shares is me preferring to act more like a trader then and investor, part of this is also due to the fact that I don't love a broader market that has been up this much as well. all is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
