$MVTG is way crazy oversold, and new low today. Only reason is some convertible debt, the Os is 119 Mil AS 275 Mil, IPO was 2008, and the price hit .0027 today. GE is still a partner, they still have many irons in the fire, just can't seem to raise cash at a decent price, till they get a grant to fund the pilot plant. Briefly, the pending Canadian grant, which has been confirmed to be pending (applied for) by Canada, is for a reactor that turns carbon dioxide into diesel fuel. $MVTG was at .70 in 2014 after a low of .0068 in 2011. And the OS is only twice today what it was in 2014 at .70/share
Never a R/S or R/M. It needs some fresh investors with vision.
