Or there is a massively dilutive event coming with discounted shares/warrants "based on the closing share price on..." Or the company may be sold. Who knows? They had to scramble to sell shares to try to cover the interest payment and couldn't find enough takers, have been paying an exorbitant rate on the past due interest, have delayed making that payment numerous times, shoved the CEO out the door yet kept him on for three months in a consultant role, elevated the interim CEO, and IR won't respond to emails. I'm out. GL.
