Well if a person tries to sell a million shares it would creat a wall that the sp will bounce off. Our biggest days are a million or 2 so your going to have to chop it up and that's a lot of work. 50k sell sit for a while and that will creat a wall. Volume is your enemy. Your not in for 80k or whatever that's chump change.

Now if I had to raise money and I had good news ready I would raise first than drop the good stuff after. That could work both ways but we are all bulish here.

If you want to make money you have to sell on bullish days and that's hard and buy on bearish ones small ball but it is effective. I repeat small ball. I love this stock so I don't mind taking some money from a outsider comming in on a big day.

Everyone should have a strategy they STICK to or else you lose I have learned the hard way. Developing a strategy takes a long time imo.
