So there is a document on the SEC site that states NEWC is a scam? Funny, I've been all over up and down NEWC on SEC sight, and get alerts from SEC about scams and have not seen any such statement or announcement regarding SEC stating NEWC is a scam. If there is such a document/official claim, can someone that has made this claim please provide that information. Otherwise this claim is false and misleading.
