The original PR about the patent authentication claims basically laid out that it was a mere formality of a few weeks to get the official patent.

"As we announced on December 22, 2016, all of the authentication claims in this patent area have been allowed. Publication of this patent could occur from one to three weeks from today."

In my opinion that was enough and at that point the share price of any patent news was already accounted for. I still stand by my comments that the price will not appreciate much until an official announcement with concrete details regarding F50. Whether or not the venture company deal news will be in the same PR is speculation at this point and in my opinion the two events are mutually exclusive.
