NAII, I dont think its NAII, at least not all the 31,000 on that bid. By regs, the company cannot purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume. Since the 30 day average volume is around 51,000, NAII would be allowed purchase a maximum of about 12,750 shares in any given day.
