Approximately 25-30 lbs. of Dragon Silk yarn processed by the overseas filature (reeler) to Charlie Howland and Warwick Mills rigid and exacting QC standards will promptly be loaded onto Warwick's small batch weaving machinery to create 640 square yards of DS fabric this month to service the Army contract.

That said, the DS fabric will be cut into 15"x 15" fabric swatches, and layered (assembled) into different shoot pack configurations for simultaneous performance testing at both WM and Natick Labs. The results will either make or break DS as a viable material.

KT & JR now know the pitfalls of the weakest link in the supply chain (the overseas filature)and have addressed these weakneses.

My confidence level remains at 90%+ that DS weaving results will launch KBLB to new heights. My money's on WM & CH to make it happen.

Best regards - yankee
