NEWC accelerates in March imo. Glad February is over, and never thought Feb would be eventful. NEWC will begin to move forward in March.

I'm looking for news of contracts locked down for outsourcing the coal for 90m project to move pps up. That news should be sooner rather than later imo. NEWC has April deadline for first shipment.
