I asked Dominic about the MNK Deal and the expiry clause.

Question:

"One more question as I'm sure you're busy with the recent approval (congrats btw). In the end of year financials you guys mentioned that in the MNK deal, if the other drugs aren't approved by a certain time the contact would be voided. Would that void the deal on all the drugs in that deal including Seroquel? Or just the pending two? Also Are we able to know what that date is?"

Ans:

"If Seroquel is in the market then there is no impact if the other two are cancelled. We can’t disclose contract terms, but the agreement allows us sufficient time to secure FDa approval, which you can now see they are making headway …

The key is whether we get the other two approvals…. And we are confident we will."
