That is called Merger by Share exchange agreement and almost on every Merger, there will be Name and Ticker change and sure the shares exchanges and bod changes.

Its just very common that a private CO mergers in to a OTC co and goes public, so many Cannabis stocks doing it now daily, merging in to a Shell and or even in to so called Scam COs..but moving 10k%!

And i see several investors that still yelling scam after Merger and missing 10k% gains in those Cannabis stocks, instead of buying low in and joining the 10k% gains.

and TTCM moved in total from its lows to its highs with 50k% and still not done yet and another 10k% gain should be still coming for Shareholders.
