Saltz, I just assumed they sold their shares for 5 to 10 cents loss. So, that costs each warrant 15 cents on average. If the average strike price is 1.25, $500M = 2.5 per share * 200M (shares + fully converted warrants)

2.5 - 1.25 = 1.25 = 0.15 * 8.3 = 8.3 bagger

Warrant holders have a nice deal: they can wait for long, unlike many here.

If I were sitting on warrants that cost me 0.15 each, I would wait for a couple of years.
