Read the SEC financial filings and not Victor's words.

Where else do they get revenue from?

Better yet, go back and read the previous 4 SEC quarterlies and see that revenues have been declining from all sources EXCEPT Enerplex,

They receive nothing from the government. They receive nothing from military sales. They get nothing from NASA

Enerplex was all they had and they gave it away.
