WOW $.03 PER SHARE DIVIDEND FOR HOLDERS OF RECORD 3/15/17 AND PAYABLE 3/31/17. CAN ANYONE SURVIVE THAT LONG WITH STOCK DROPPING LIKE A ROCK? WHY WASN'T THIS ANNOUNCED WHEN STOCK WAS $3 OR $4 OR $5?
