You just keep digging the hole deeper. They would get a minimum of $200,000 for that 20% share and possibly a lot more depending on the fair market value of the VitaCBD subsidiary and the then current pps, plus they would get to keep their 350,000 shares of Stoney Hill (currently valued at $994,000) and the $150,000 cash they received for the deal. Consequently, they will not be completely out of the picture as you claim.
