This is a good question...I do believe Troy said there would be a 1 yr restriction on any Reg A/S1 filing shares issued for the acquisitions...I would think less than 2B A/S would be sufficient for that...but, as usual...WTHDIK.

I'd like the see the AS come down to about 1.5b
