EXAD will work with Island Stock Transfer to get the Company into DTC and complete this action item.
Does not say they are now working with Island Transfer. Probably still trying to get their money back from the lawyer that shafted them. Happens when you try to do everything on the "cheap". Perhaps they have learned you just need to pay the tote if you want to get things done.
Not trying to excuse the incompetence here, just pointing out that of which we all have probably experienced when we tried to save money and ended up spending more, because we found out that cheaper is most times not better.
