You're arguing theory (which you are also wrong on). The facts on the ground don't jive at all with what you've stated. How will the feds enforce MJ prohibition? You failed to address this. Roll out the Army? Not lilely, fact is they can't. They can arrest some people sure but they have neither the manpower or resources to go into the states and enforce and they also lack the judicial bandwidth to process the volume that it would dump into the courts. That was true years ago and is even more the case today with many more states that have legalized to some point.

Them are the facts. If you don't agree that's fine. I hope you find a good way to go short the MJ industry and hold that as a LT position.
