USMJ #3 on pump/dump warning list

Beware of the billions of shares they are diluting, at huge discounts to the share price, each quarter.

Investors that bought now finding their investment is tanking.
It is tanking not because of share pricem but because the percentage ownership of the share pool for each investor is tanking.

With billion and billions of share being dumped, each investor owns less and less of the company.

When they reverse split, they will likely keep the share authorization the same, so they can keep diluting, which is their main business model.
