Yes, but really shouldn't have been. There was some bad lawyer guidance that lead to the drop down to Trips and it was very short lived. That bad guidance was talked about in an 8K late last year where OWCP said legal action would be taken.

So, really, they were never really below $0.01 until that happened and they were only under $0.01 for like a week or so at most.

A lot has changed since October 1st even. A LOT more progress.
