I wonder what is the reason for that.....hmmmmm... He can manipulate everything with regard to O/S, stock price and income, and no one can verify this obscene fraud until the authorities come knocking -- just like they did before.

He won't let auditors anywhere near, because he has been lying the whole time. It's all a con on the next generation of investors, and the sheep will pay dearly.
