One thing that bothers me... Mnuchin says that tax reform is 1st on the agenda before anything else... if that is true, it will be at least 3-6 months before anything is done for the GSE's.

Even court ruling thus far have not been really favorable...yet. But even if it should be, Mnuchin won't do anything about it since it is not priority. Though he may think it should be reformed, and probably will, now is not the time.

So look for something around May - June or later.
