I'M LONG ON PSID I don't care what the price reflects. I know there is a possibility of a reverse. We don't know the true answer to that but what I do know is:

1. They have actual revenue now which should improve with time.

2. They have well known partners (Boeing, Ensco, Dept of Homeland Security, NASA, Special OPs, etc)

3. SENSENET is coming of age....http://ensco.com/news-media/press-releases/ensco-awarded-sensenet-project-department-homeland-security

Falls Church, Va., August 25, 2016

ENSCO, Inc. is pleased to announce it has been awarded the SenseNet project from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

SenseNet is a DHS-sponsored project to develop a low-cost integrated sensor system that can provide detection of biological and environmental health hazards in buildings and other high occupancy facilities.

During Phase 1 of the program, ENSCO developed a simulator that demonstrated how its design would operate for a variety of hypothetical buildings. ENSCO’s solution was a two tiered-system: Tier 1 used particle sensors as triggers for the event, and Tier 2 confirmed the event with a PCR analyzer. This design allowed ENSCO to meet the difficult criteria of a high probability of detection, an extremely low false alarm rate, and low cost. Based on this successful design and simulation, ENSCO was awarded a contract for the next phase, July 21.

During the next phase of the project ENSCO will develop, integrate and demonstrate a tiered aerosol detection system that combines low-cost and rapid dedicated environmental monitoring sensors with newly emerging commercial sensors that are being used by citizens and facility owners for air quality, pollution tracking, and building efficiency purposes.

“We are proud of this contract win,” states Boris Nejikovsky, President of ENSCO, Inc. “This project capitalizes on ENSCO's strength and unique capabilities in CBRNe risk assessment, modeling and monitoring. We look forward to working with the DHS to create a Biological Hazards Detection System that meets security needs now and in the future.”

The projected value for this two-year project is more than $4 million.

PositiveID Corporation and ENSCO Awarded U.S. Department of Homeland Security Contract for SenseNet Program Phase II
Following successful completion of SenseNet Phase I, PositiveID and ENSCO have been selected for the Phase II contract
DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Aug. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PositiveID Corporation ("PositiveID") (OTCQB:PSID), a life sciences company focused on detection and diagnostics, today announced that it, in conjunction with its partner, ENSCO, Inc., has been awarded a Phase II contract under the SenseNet Program from the U.S. Department of the Interior on behalf of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate. The goal of the SenseNet Program is to implement faster, less expensive bio-threat detection systems to increase the effectiveness of current systems and provide an added level of security.

Under this Phase II award, PositiveID will provide its Firefly Dx system, designed to be a fully automated, lab quality, real-time device able to detect bio-threats at the point of need in minutes instead of hours. A design advantage of Firefly Dx is that it does not require additional equipment or separate steps for sample preparation and purification, unlike current lab-based equipment, thus reducing time to results as well as cost per test. ENSCO will be responsible for the systems integration and decision support under the Phase II award.

"We are very proud to be awarded another prestigious contract with ENSCO for the SenseNet Program," stated William J. Caragol, Chairman and CEO of PositiveID. "We believe this follow-on contract is significant as it demonstrates the robust capabilities of Firefly Dx combined with ENSCO's scientific and engineering capabilities, to meet the needs of the SenseNet program and improve national warning and decision systems."

5. There are a few other options for Firefly DX....Do your homework....

I think this line really increased my confidence......

Falls Church, Va., October 10, 2014

ENSCO recently won the first phase of an innovative new contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate’s SenseNet program to research and develop a system using low-cost environmental monitoring sensors to address the Bio threat. This program supports DHS’s mission, which includes preventing, detecting, responding to, and recovering from intentional or accidental introduction of aerosolized biological and chemical agents.

Under this first phase contract, ENSCO will design and model a smart system that integrates data from densely deployed, low-cost, environmental monitoring sensors with best of breed confirmation technology provided by its partner PositiveID. ENSCO will add unique event processing, false alarm reduction, and source location capabilities into an open and flexible architecture to illustrate how this system meets DHS’s ambitious, high performance and low cost challenge.

“We are especially proud to win this contract with the DHS S&T Directorate because it is a new customer for ENSCO and one we hope to establish a long-term relationship with,” said Dr. Michael Glass, Vice President, National Security Solutions Division of ENSCO. “Further, it is the result of cross-division collaboration and combining capabilities from across the company to meet the unique needs of this important customer.”

I DOUBT VERY SERIOUSLY IF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY WOULD JUST THROW TAXPAYERS MONEY AWAY IF THE TECHNOLOGY ISN'T PROVEN

I'm here for the long term and stocking up. Buy at your own risk but I'm accumulating. So many people here talking the stock down when all one has to do is look at the facts of the matter. Do what you want here.....Just my honest opinion. I'm trying to rub shoulders with Bill Gates and Warren Buffett with my portfolio. I've had times where I wanted to give up on this stock but there are too many positives. I might as well let the stock price be a positive too...You guys will either see me in the soup line or see me on the RED CARPET!
