A lot of drugs are ototoxic. Even aspirin at high doses. CTDH and Vtesse drugs are probably both ototoxic but VTS-270 is injected into the spine so the dose ends up being much higher. If Vtesse is successful in making it an IV drug, any competitive advantage CTDH has evaporates. The question is not if they will do it but how long will it take them?

I am skeptical about the acute viral infection usage of trappsol. I have not read any papers where I have seen any potential modes of action for cyclodextrin. Are you aware of any? I have a background in drug discovery and I have not seen anything. The niemann pick receptor may be involved with ebola, but neither the surface receptor nor the virus itself would be a target.

I was unaware the trappsol was being used in Brazil already. Thanks for that information. Is anyone using it off target there?
