NEWC and the 10k. There are a multitude of companies trading that are seriously delinquent on 10k filings. I'm not suggesting that it's not relevant or important to get it done soon, but it's not like NEWC is unique in this regard and they are in more danger of de-listing than others because of their delinquency.

Looking forward to riding NEWC in March as I believe pieces fall into place in March.
