Our thinking is when they announce acquisition that will be great,but not paramount.

We think doing the Audit(s) and moving this up from the Penney Board is the biggest Key.

Once this one time penny shell is audited, renamed, and elevated from a penny status, one could throw almost whatever acquisition into it and if properly promoted could be worth many / many times more.

Not that they are planning whatever acquisition, the good news is many viable companies want to expand or turn over or merge and they should have plenty to choose from.

If they can promote, then this will separate them from most of the rest
