A little logic for you havenot...

If I understand your "theory" correctly, you are suggesting that shorts are not holding the stock price down but that that someone in or affiliated with the company (or Mr. Harris) is dumping restricted shares into the market and making a huge profit.

A logical problem I have with that theory is why has CSHD been on the Regulation Sho list for the past 13 or 14 days? Is NASDAQ also conspiring against us by publishing a false list?

Question: Which of the following results in a stock being listed on the Regulation Sho list?

(A) Someone shorting the stock
(B) Someone dumping stock

(congratulations if you picked (A) ding ding ding)
