Also on otc website if you read the annual and quarterly report carefully it states that the ceo is getting a 60 to 100 thousand a year salary but not getting paid rather hes getting shares
And the last line in the filing under the stock section they retired 160 million shares for investment they state
So given that the ceo owns so many and so many shares are put aside for investment aka rm or acquisition this will fly no doubt about it
