I believe they were in best shape 4 years ago with a vision and 800 mil shares left to fund the Development and launch of the first IR Art product they had been working on for all those years, now 4 years later they are fully diluted, a rejected product and in need of cash to reformulate the whole thing
But thats my point of view, i respect yours
