I don't think all the FACTS have ever been presented before a judge or jury. Certainly a ton of "lawyering" has gone on these many years. If only there were a lawyer with "skin" in the game as opposed to what has been retained in the past.

I believe a GRAND draft lawsuit is just about finished, albeit dotting some I's and crossing some T's.

Timing is everything in my opinion. And until that Fed suit matter is resolved, it don't believe the time has been right yet for anymore suits.

But I'm hoping that Fed matter gets resolved rather soon. Regardless, there's certainly some shareholders here who will never quit and never go away in my opinion.

It may take another 3-5 years but after this long, what's the difference? That's just my opinion.
