I have to respectfully disagree on that NoMO

I don't expect management to propose an rs after we regain compliance because of the fear so many have of an rs

If we do regain compliance and stay there for a month even and the PPS continues to rise and management has an agreement with BP (which is in the best interest of all concerned) and that agreement involves doing a 1:3 let's say, then I don't thing the thought of "fear" of the investor would be the determining factor as to whether a deal would or can be worked out. Just saying (as you well must know) sh. holders thoughts is not going to get in the way of big business. And believe me we are on the same team.
