Oh discovery is much more fun than that. If the issue was ISBGs ownership of Besado, you would likely be entitled, at the very least, to receive all documents and communications referencing, discussing or relating in any way to the sale of Besado to ISBG, including any records of share issuances, every email discussing those issuances and/or plans to issue shares as payment, every email discussing plans for the sale, negotiations, filings, agreements and emails about the agreements, accounting records of any cash payments made, any emails or other documents relating to subsequent statements in PRs about when/how the issuances would take place, any evidence that ISBG was "working with" accountants or regulatory authorities to effect the sale, and emails between Pierce and ISBG or among ISBG management in any way discussing or relating to the sale or ISBGs ownership of Besado, any document or email in which ISBG claimed ownership of Besado to an outside party, etc. etc. etc.
