Cannabis Stock Tale re: MJTK
Back in November I had a position in an explosive Canadian MJ stock ('Canopy' -- Not plugging, just as an example).
One morning, it absolutely went nuts. Sleek, I like your word -- 'Parabolic': PPS was shooting up dollars per minute. Insane! I fell out of my chair, took screenshots, I doubted my eyes.
The exchange halted trading on it about three times that day. Later I read that Algo / robo trading platforms and US investors (!) were likely behind the volatility.
I have two questions that relate to this:
1) Is there any authority that can halt trading in an OTC stock?
2) How do we get onto the Algo's radar?! Seriously, let's get their attention, hahah
Although I am sure Messrs. Sleek and Tew have some tricks up their sleeves to achieve precisely this :)
