Edster, I'd have to rumage thru the trash bin for this information. However, all contracts should contain a minimum of at least 8 things: scope, money (or/=), acknowledgement/recognition, execution, legitimacy, witnessing, recording and coherency of the parties. I'm quite certain the time frame of the lease agreement would have been defined in the contract scope. Maybe one of the other posters who's mind is not subject to early senility could pull up this information for you. Any takers?
