I can't speak for her but I use to own a decorative cement company a few years back. I never listed my company on my personal Facebook however...The reasoning for it was simple. I didn't want to have to constantly censor my friends and family from what they were allowed to post in fear of customers seeing it. I did however set up a completely different Facebook page specifically for the business.

I do wish the CEO would become more active on the company's current facebook page however. It would open up a good opportunity to relay information directly to shareholders without having to worry about constantly paying for a PR. She could also publically address some false claims being spread around rather easily silencing them the moment they pop up
