I agree with you, but with a small caveat. I believe many/several securities and other interests are in the OBS.
I may be incorrect, but the OBS is not just class 12...maybe it is, but after reading the POR and legalese jargon I feel that other "securities holders" are classified as "equity interests". So therefore, if true, then class 10ABC is likely in the OBS.
With all that said, it still comes down to NOLs and a hopeful reemergence of LBHI as a Newco.
Like the old Author Anderson accounting firm is now Accenture.
