Regarding that short list of "accomplishments"

China grow...

No revenue was ever recognized from the 2014 importation of hemp fiber and hemp hearts from China, and HEMP never mentioned a subsequent contract with Yasheng Group

Decorticator acquisition...

Facility and warehouse acquisition...

Decorticator relocation...

These things happened between March and November of 2014, yet two years later, the reasembly of the decorticator has yet to be completed, while the installation of the MacTavish line hasn't even begun. Both are required to achieve full production of fiber and milled products.

Kenaf grow...

Hemp paid to grow 150 acres of Kenaf in 2015, which can't be processed and has sat on the balance sheet as inventory for a year, and will continue to sit until the decorticator and MacTavish lines are able to process it. That's a waste of money.

The 420 acres it's paid to grow this year will likely sit for six months to a year, which means that you've now spent money to grow 570 acres of Kenaf that is tying up funds that could have been used elsewhere.

Providing jobs...

At the expense of shareholders.

I think its fair to include networking and education within the industry and community, alike, as an accomplishment, too. Bruce AND Hemp Inc rely the cooperation of others to achieve these accomplishments.

Hemp has generated zero revenue from these efforts, and a lost of cost/dilution as Perlowin lives his dream of promoting hemp.
