Edster, I would believe that a licensing deal is more in line with what MSFT would want from NeoMedia as opposed to an outright buy-out; albeit this would not rule out the potential of a sale once Qode is up and running, and the national/international revenue models have been established. Remember Digital Convergence came in with a $100Mil. licensing agreement back in FY01. However NeoMedia is now so much further down the road in platform development and final launch of a Killer App., which is hands down, 2nd to none. Five years ago, Cue Cat was very robust App. However, CC it is nothing even remotely similar to Qode today. It would be like comparing a horse & buggy to a Maserati.

All the Best, JP
