Imho, leasing plane(s) that have already been passed by the FCC is the way to go. But why didn't they do that the FIRST TIME instead of wasting YEARS trying to get a crap plane certified by the FCC so many times that it, eventually, became obsolete? Not just that, their pps tanked from .17 in 2008 to .0005 in 2016 without a single flight nor certification, that I am aware of. That, imho, is a PUMPED STOCK!
"Once bitten, twice shy" and just being skeptical is all. And, yes, I truly think the following video pertains to Baltia 1.0. Yes, I could be wrong of course and it's just my opinion. But fast forward the "ANATOMY OF A PUMP AND DUMP" video to 05:15. Will THAT happen with Baltia 2.0 or will it's fate be the same as Baltia 1.0? Time will tell.
