I, for one am glad Spicer caused the controversy. It has been brought to the forefront. The sector in general has been on hold since the nomination of Sessions. It is being talked about and debated on in the mainstream media. A definitive policy will now be addressed and put forward. Once that is made clear we can move forward without the question mark over the whole sector.
