I had 15000 shares and had to fight with my broker to pick up another 5000 for an even 20K. I am limited to 10 percent of my portfolio to penny stocks and was forced to sell other penny stock investments. They say it was because of my age (78) I think it is crap and would sure as hell bought a lot more if I could. Go OWCP.
